About the 7/10 Human Chain Project
The 7/10 Human Chain Project is a grassroots organisation that was established in the UK following the October 7th massacre in Israel, when over 1,200 people were murdered and 247 people were taken hostage by the Hamas and Islamic Jihad terrorist organisations. The project is one of the main organisers of the rallies and installations that have taken place in the UK since October 7th, with a particular focus on bringing the hostages home.
We work closely with our the Hostages and Missing Persons Families Forum in Israel, which supports the family members of the hostages and missing people.
Where does the name of the group come from?
At some of the demonstrations we organised, we formed a human chain of volunteers holding posters of the our family and friends held hostage in Gaza, as a symbol of our love and the strength in our unity.
